Individual Contributor/Supervisor
This program is designed to provide individual contributors, leads and supervisors with an introduction to leadership concepts, strategies and techniques along with the utilization of self-awareness tools.
First Time Manager
This fully virtual, self-directed program has been specifically designed to support in developing the skills and behaviors need to succeed as a First Time Manager.
Manager
This program is intended to be a modularized, self-selected and customizable approach to leadership development. Each leader (based on their self evaluation and interest) will be able to select which module they enroll in.
Engineers and Technical Leaders
